MR SHAMM
En-suite

CASE STUDY

The Brief:

The client enquired about their en-suite after their 1st contractor plumber left unfinished and with some issues.

The Space:

Early early cottage with new extension based in Barton-under-needwood.

What we proposed:

We explained as our plumber was present, that the work necessary for completion and attention would take at least 3 days and all areas would be tested prior to organising fittings - as well as pointing out to client certain aspects around the wall perimeters that were necessary to complete works to a full satisfaction and hand over.

Products used:

All products had either been fitted or obtained by the client before we had been appointed to carry out work. Sealants where necessary and certain components that had not been carried out/supplied by 1st plumber

Project timescale:

3 days to complete project & we commenced work a week after 1st assessment as the clients were unable to use bathroom due to water leak issues.

Tradespeople appointed:

Andy Flint our subcontractor plumber under took the work.

Further Information:

After the work was completed - the clients where delighted and able to use all functions of the en-suite with no issues. They have stated they wish for Marguerite Harrison Interiors and Andy Flint again to attend for installation and works to their utility room when remedial work has been carried out.
